IT Skill Assessment Privacy Policy

At Modelus LLC ("modelUS"), we recognize that privacy is important and we are committed to respecting your privacy elections for your information provided to modelUS through our IT Skill Assessment iOS application (“our App”). This privacy policy explains our data collection, use, and disclosure practices in relation to your use of our App.

This policy covers how modelUS treats your information, including personally identifiable information, which our App collects and/or receives from you. Please note that as a registered Facebook user, you are subject to any Facebook privacy policy. Please also check your Facebook account privacy settings and/or Facebook FAQ for further information.

Our App may receive personal information from you, including your name, e-mail address, and/or your friends list, through your Facebook login during the use of our App.

Our App does not share your information, unless you elect to do so via an option in our App. Our App allow you to share your game score and achievements with your Facebook friends, invite your Facebook friends to play a game, and challenge them in our App, according to your privacy settings for your Facebook account.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to unaffiliated outside third parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who are under contract with modelUS to assist us in servicing our App; these arrangements require our trusted partners to keep our users’ information confidential. We reserve the right to release your information when we believe such release is necessary to comply with the law, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.
